Inspired by the thirteenth level of the Taoist Eighteen levels of hell - those who disrespect others shall drown or choke in a pool of blood. Cold, calm and calculated, Uncle Tan lives a ****** life until a nuisance invades his tranquility. He returns to what he does best, a tormentor who may originate from the underworld.
